2 cloves garlic

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted, excess liquid squeezed out.
One stick (8 OZ ) Neufchatel cheese (reduced-fat cream cheese)
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
